Mid week I went to a nice little restaurant called “Ric’s Kitchen” in Axminster, Devon. A small venue that also advertised live comedy, music and even magic events.
For October they are advertising Stephen Simmons, a magician who is performing on the 30th. £10 a ticket. Prior to the show, you can book a table to eat.
Always great to see small enterprising restaurants putting on shows/entertainment.
The food was really good as well. And I believe that the chef Ric used to be a magician who actually performed with Stephen at one point.

As I was on holiday during the week, it was a quieter week of magic. Next week I am looking forward to seeing Mandy Muden perform live in Lutterworth. I am also do a session for The Leicester Magicians Network. An interactive hour with facts about The Golden Age of Magic, mixed with a quiz.
And don’t forget….. another show that is happening very soon and will be of interest is Steve Faulkner at The Greystone.
Steve Faulkner tickets can be bought here

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Cheers
Martin
