Taking place at The Tyne Theatre and Opera House on the 3rd of October at 1900 GMT.

Covid-19 Update ‘The Greatest Show on the Tyne event due to take place on Sunday 15th November will be rescheduled to Sunday 3rd October 2021. Tickets for the original date will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
We do encourage ticket holders to hold onto their tickets where possible in this turbulent time for the events industry – which needs your support now, more than ever. Roll up! Roll up! Chris Cross is the Great Magician of the North and he presents his Eccentric & Extravagant Variety Show, for the 5th consecutive year at The Tyne Theatre & Opera House! This Annual Grand Geordie Variety Show has grown into a proper Geordie Annual Tradition as well as a Purely Belter night out!
The Greatest Show on the Tyne, at heart, is a homage to the golden days of Variety, Music-hall and Vaudeville. Expect the likes of Acrobats, Sideshow Performers, Stand-Up Comedians, Knife Jugglers, Escapologists, Magicians, Singers, Dancers and suchlike!
The Variety Spectacle, Starring Chris Cross the Magician as Host and Compere – Chris is ever so passionate about keeping these kind of Variety shows alive and kicking, especially in the North East!
